Everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected separately by local authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also view all your shipments in My Orders and click "Track Package" to follow your delivery in real time.
We ship via USPS and GOFO. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at shop.vigor@wearvigor.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.
