Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. Head to My Orders and click "Track Package" to follow your shipment in real time.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and can no longer be changed. Contact us immediately at shop.vigor@wearvigor.com and we'll do our best to help.

US domestic shipping is a flat $12.00. International rates start from $15.00 for Asia & Pacific, and vary by region — with closer regions to our shipping origin priced lower. Full rates are on our Shipping page.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. See our full Returns Policy.

Email shop.vigor@wearvigor.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

All Vigor pieces are designed with an oversized silhouette. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look, or staying true to size for the full oversized effect.

Our tees are made from 100% heavyweight combed cotton (250–280 GSM). Hoodies use a premium 80/20 cotton-polyester fleece blend for warmth and durability. Full material breakdowns are listed on each product page.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve shape and print quality. Do not bleach or iron directly on printed areas.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — your card details are never stored on our servers.
