No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made on vigor-store.com are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of the reason — including wrong size, change of mind, or unwanted gifts.
By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our no-returns policy is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. In that case, email us at shop.vigor@wearvigor.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
